Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience across Pakistan through our logistics partner, Leopards Courier.
1. Delivery Timelines
Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–3 business days.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods or due to unforeseen weather or logistic delays.
2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 nationwide.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over Rs. 2,500.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer a convenient Cash on Delivery service. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Important: Open-box delivery is not permitted by the courier. You must pay the rider first before opening the package. For any issues with the contents, please contact our support team directly.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can track your package in real-time by entering your ID on the official Leopards Courier website.
5. Delivery Attempts
Leopards will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel.

If the first attempt fails, the rider will typically call to coordinate a second attempt.

If both attempts fail due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and notify us immediately at [Insert Email or Phone Number]. If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
